Adam F. Burch is currently the Market Leader for the Bank of America Private Bank team in the Greater Maryland and Greater Washington markets, responsible for the overall performance and client outreach within the markets, helping to ensure that advisors and associates deliver an exceptional experience to the individuals, families, and institutions they serve.  Adam oversees the unified delivery of multiple wealth management disciplines: investment management, trust and estate planning services, credit and lending, and philanthropy.  In addition to his leadership role for the Private Bank, he continues to serve as an advisor for a select group of the firm’s strategic clients.
 
Adam joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2006 as a Portfolio Manager working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and organizations to design, implement, and manage investment strategies as part of the firm’s broad and holistic approach to wealth management.  Before serving as Market Sales Executive, Adam was the Market Investment Director for the Baltimore Private Bank team.  In this role, he led the market’s investment team while maintaining primary portfolio management responsibilities for a number of strategic clients.  Prior to joining the Private Bank, Adam held portfolio management and investment advisory positions with Wachovia Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley.
 
Adam is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® professional focusing on investment management consulting*.  He completed course work at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.  He is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University, earning both an undergraduate degree and MBA.

Mr. Burch, his wife and three children live in Towson, Maryland, where they are involved in their children’s school, athletic and scouting activities.  Mr. Burch is a Trustee for the Baltimore Museum of Art, Past-President of the Loyola Blakefield Alumni Association Board of Governors, a member of Loyola Blakefield’s Development Committee and a member of the Maryland Philanthropy Network Membership Committee.
