Alan Stroud is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Strategies Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Bank of America, Alan worked for 20+ years in various private practice law firms dealing in the areas of estate planning & probate, asset protection planning, business planning and philanthropy planning. Alan is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, He graduated from New York University School of Law with an LL.M. (in Taxation), University of Tulsa College of Law with a J.D., and University of Texas at Arlington with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Additionally, Alan is a Certified Public Accountant.
