Annie Hildreth is a Managing Director and Market Executive for Bank of America Private Bank in Greater Connecticut. Annie is responsible for leading advisors and associates in the delivery of a preeminent wealth-management experience for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. She advances the strategic priorities of the firm by streamlining decision making, facilitating effective collaboration across multiples lines of business, and supporting the efforts of a diverse and dynamic team of professionals.
Annie oversees the Market’s performance, outreach, and alignment with long-term objectives. She is responsible for hiring and mentoring advisory talent, connecting her team to the tools and resources they need to thrive. Annie also cultivates a culture of integrity and ethics, underscoring the firm’s fiduciary standard in advancing each clients well-being.
Annie joined Bank of America in 2013 and has held successive leaderships roles at the firm. Prior to her current position, she led the North-east team as Philanthropic Market Executive. Earlier, Annie was COO for Philanthropic Solutions.
Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, Annie spent ten years at Fidelity Investments. Her experience included leadership positions in sales, relationship management, strategic planning, and risk management.
Annie serves on the board of Boys and Girls Club of Hartford. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. She lives in West Hartford with her husband and two children.
