He held positions as a trust administrator and private banker before transitioning to his current role as Private Client Manager. He also is an active member of the Inter-Generation Employee Network (IGEN). He graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, with a degree in political science.

Brad currently resides in Newton, Massachusetts with his partner and their 2 cats. He is also a member of the Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion committee at Gore Place. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and traveling.
