Bryan Diers is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Dallas, Texas. Bryan not only works closely with clients, but also with internal specialists to deliver customized investment management, commodity and interest rate risk management, concentrated equity strategies, trust and estate planning services, business and succession planning, and structured credit solutions as well as specialized residential, real estate, aircraft and yacht financing.*

Bryan joined Bank of America in 1979. His early roles and responsibilities with the Private Bank included advisory work in energy, real estate and general corporate lending groups and as a Senior Credit Policy Officer. Bryan also worked with the Investment Banking Group, specializing in public debt and equity origination, as well as mergers and acquisitions advisory for the energy and power industry sectors. Bryan also launched and sold a private retail business.

Bryan holds a B.B.A. from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with certificates in marketing and finance. Over the years, Bryan has actively supported several non-profit organizations.
