Carol Claytor is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Richmond, Virginia. Carol serves as the primary point of contact for her clients. She listens carefully to their financial goals and objectives, then builds a plan for each client that helps meet their needs. After confirming the plan with her clients, Carol coordinates the delivery of each aspect of the plans by engaging the appropriate professionals within Bank of America and Bank of America Private Bank making certain to bring to each client the full services of the platform to support their strategy. While developing new client relationships and helping to ensure a professional and personal client experience, Carol is responsible for assisting clients with investment management, strategic banking and credit, as well as daily liquidity and service needs.
Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust), Carol served as the Trust Director for a major financial institution overseeing the fiduciary function in the Philadelphia, Delaware and New Jersey markets. Prior to that Carol served in various leadership positions including Managing Executive for the Personal Trust Services group supporting Wells Fargo Advisors, Market Manager for Wealth Management and Trust Tax Manager. Carol’s experience in designing and delivering wealth management strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families allows her to bring to proven techniques and cutting edge strategies to her clients.
