Christopher C. Dumont is a Managing Director and Market Executive for Bank of America Private Bank in New Jersey. Chris is responsible for leading advisors and associates in the delivery of a preeminent wealth-management experience for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. He advances the strategic priorities of the firm by streamlining decision making, facilitating effective collaboration across multiple lines of business, and supporting the efforts of a diverse and dynamic team of professionals. 
 
Chris oversees the Market’s performance, outreach, and alignment with long-term objectives. He is responsible for hiring and mentoring advisory talent, connecting his team to the tools and resources they need to thrive. Chris also cultivates a culture of integrity and ethics, underscoring the firm’s fiduciary standard in advancing each client’s well-being. His long tenure with the firm allows him to serve as an effective collaborator in propelling steady momentum toward client priorities.

Chris joined Bank of America in 1992 and has held successive leadership roles at the firm. Prior to his current position, he spent seven years as Market Executive for the Private Bank in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Earlier, Chris was Market Executive for the Private Bank in New York City. He began his tenure with the Private Bank managing its offices in Princeton, Red Bank, and Bridgewater, New Jersey. Earlier in his career, Chris spent ten years with Quick & Reilly and Banc of America Investment Services in Central and Southern New Jersey, where he was responsible for overseeing the bank’s brokerage capabilities. He earned his B.A. from the College of Wooster and his M.B.A. from Rider University.

Chris serves on the board of the Bobby Campbell Lacrosse Foundation. He is Co-Head of the Private Bank Diversity & Inclusion Council’s Black Professional Group/Black Executive Leadership Council Committee and a member of the Bank's New Jersey Hispanic Latino Business Council. Previously, he served as Executive Sponsor for the Bank’s LGBTQ+ Pride Delaware-Philadelphia Chapter.

Chris and his family reside in Pennington, New Jersey.
