Christie D’Agostini Evey is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Troy, Michigan. Christie works closely with high-net-worth families and dedicates her time to helping each of them optimize and manage their wealth. By identifying a client's primary goals and needs, Christie and her team coordinate local resources and enterprise capabilities of Bank of America to help clients reach their objectives. She leads a team of specialists who work in concert to design and implement tailored financial strategies in investment management, trust and estate planning services, liquidity event strategies, lending and philanthropy. Christie works closely with her network of attorneys, CPAs, and family office consultants to ensure all areas of focus outside of the private bank are fully integrated and aligned.
Christie has worked in the financial services industry for over a decade and has provided her acumen in tax planning, estate planning, business succession, family dynamics, and investment management. She has also participated as a guest speaker at various seminars and conferences on topics that pertain to wealth management.
Prior to Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2021, Christie served as Relationship Manager at Key Private Bank. She also served as a Senior Wealth Strategist for Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth focused on complex gifting, business succession, and philanthropic strategies, as well as multi-generational wealth transfer planning techniques for ultra-high-net-worth families. Prior to Hawthorn, she was a Trust Officer with Bank of America’s legacy wealth management team, U.S. Trust. Before beginning her career in banking, Christie worked as an attorney for a prominent local estate planning firm. Previous experiences also include United States Air Force General Counsel’s Office and the Internal Revenue Service.
Christie obtained a B.A. in business administration/pre-law from Michigan State University, and went on to receive her J.D. from Michigan State College of Law. She also obtained Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation and estate planning from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation.
