Christine L. Courtnage is a Managing Director and Wealth Strategies Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank. In this role, she provides wealth management guidance and helps clients pursue their individual goals in financial and estate planning, insurance, risk management, wealth transfer, inter-generational planning and philanthropy.  Chris coordinates with the client’s team of advisors and conducts periodic reviews to help clients monitor progress.

Prior to joining the Private Bank, she was a Certified Public Accountant for the clients of large accounting firms as well as a private trust company.  Areas of professional concentration include retirement planning, wealth transfer tax planning, trust and estate planning, planning for the transfer of control and ownership of closely held businesses and charitable tax planning. 

Chris earned her B.S. degree in Journalism and Marketing Research from Southern Illinois University and her M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Houston. In addition, she is a CPA/PFSTM credential holder meaning that she is Certified Public Accountant, with the Personal Financial Specialist (PFSTM) designation. She also is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and holds the Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor℠ designation.
