Cindy S. Miller is a Senior Vice President & Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank, in Dallas, Texas.  Her primary focus is the administration of trusts and carrying out provisions in trust documents and other entity documents.  Cindy recognizes that each trust, beneficiary, client, is unique and provides highly personalized service to help manage and implement clients' wealth transfer plans.  She is the main point of contact for beneficiaries and clients concerning trust administration matters and engages other Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist, as deemed appropriate.

Prior to joining a predecessor Bank in 1985, Cindy was an independent landman in Tyler, Texas.

Cindy has a degree from Texas A&M University.  She holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation which is sponsored by the American Bankers Association, and the Certified Professional Landman (CPL) designation which is sponsored by the American Association of Professional Landmen.  She is an active member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council, the Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen, and the American Association of Professional Landmen.

She serves as a Board Member for a Non-Profit University Scholarship Fund.
