Clark Lutz is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Strategies Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Austin, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategies to address the unique needs of Private Bank clients.  He consults with clients to develop wealth planning strategies in many areas including transfer tax planning, trusts and estates, family wealth governance, business succession, and philanthropy. This process includes coordinating with the client’s team of advisors, and conducting periodic reviews to help clients monitor their progress.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Clark was a partner with the Austin law firm of McGinnis Lochridge, where concentrated his practice on trust and estate planning, probate, transfer tax planning, and nonprofit governance.

Clark is a member of the Texas and Austin Bar Associations, is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Clark received his B.A. in philosophy from State University of New York at Geneseo, and his J.D. from Syracuse University.  In the past he has served on the boards of Hospice Austin, and the Hospice Austin Foundation, and as trustee on the boards of St. Gabriel’s Catholic School of Austin, Texas, and the Carl C. Anderson, Sr. and Marie Jo Anderson Charitable Foundation.
