Craig Gleason is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in New York City, New York. Craig works closely with clients and their families to address a range of credit, banking, investment, trust, and wealth-structuring needs. He integrates the advice and guidance of in-house specialists, each of whom has extensive experience in a particular wealth discipline. Together, the team looks to advance each client’s priorities, mindful of the particular circumstances, dynamics, values, and intentions of each relationship. Craig has extensive experience working with ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, and non-profit organizations, advising on both customized lending and equity plans. Craig and his team welcome the opportunity to work with clients across multiple disciplines but focus on Media, Technology, and Medical/Medical Device related industries.

Craig joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2008. He helped clients and their families preserve wealth and create liquidity during one of the most complex market cycles in a generation. Previously, Craig held a corporate finance position at Fidelity Investments in its Institutional Investments group. His career also includes a tenure in the technology industry working for Fortune 500 companies focused on product development and service delivery.

He received his M.B.A from Boston University and holds a B.A from Colgate University.  Craig completed the Executive Education program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Living in Westchester County with his wife and three sons, Craig is active in his community supporting organizations dedicated to early childhood education, live organ transplant, environmental stewardship, and animal welfare.
