He has served as the Board Chair of three nonprofit agencies benefiting children and families, including the Exchange Club of Newport Harbor, the Orange County Children's Center and the Kids' Turn San Diego. Dan also served as a Finance and Investment Committee Member of the Children's Center of Wayne County, a past board member of The Center Theatre Group (CTG) in Los Angeles and is a current board member of The Los Angeles Metropolitan YMCA.
