David Cram is a Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America Private Bank in New York, New York. As a Private Client Manager, David works closely with the team’s Private Client Advisor to advance the timely execution of clients’ banking needs and priorities. 

 

Since joining Bank of America in 2015, David has gained extensive knowledge of the firm’s wealth management offerings, with an emphasis on banking, lending, and trust and estate planning services. He is accustomed to supporting high-net-worth individuals and families, including private investors, corporate executives, business entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and private equity and hedge fund managers. David is committed to providing professional excellence, working with his colleagues to deliver the firm to the clients they serve. 

 

Most recently David served as a Private Bank Senior Associate Lead, where he led a team of four Banking Associates. In this role, David was responsible for working with the Associates to understand best practices related to resolving client inquiries and operational needs. David also acted as a resource to a team of Client Advisors, providing potential solutions to deliver a superior client experience. As a Senior Associate lead, David developed strong financial and analytical skills, particularly in structuring credit transactions. As a Trust Administrative Officer, he worked closely with Trust Specialists to implement various structures to help clients advance their legacy intentions, mindful of their objectives and tax circumstances.

 

David completed the Bank of America Career Advancement Program Class in spring of 2022. He earned his M.B.A. in finance from Rutgers University and his B.S.B.A. from Centenary University.

 

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha, and daughter, Aurora, and playing Golf.
