Dega Nalayeh is a Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank. She advises high net worth and ultra high net worth clients in Greater Los Angeles. Dega began her career with Bank of America over 20 years ago, where she started in the Consumer Bank and quickly assumed higher responsibility. Dega joined the Bank of America’s Private Bank in 2006 and under her leadership, along with her partner Avi Cohen, she has been entrusted with more than $4.2 billion of [client] assets as of June of 2018.

Dega works with clients and their families to design and implement personalized strategies to help them with complexities of wealth.  The strategies are aimed at preserving net worth, enhancing income and setting long-term investment strategies. Dega proactively listens to clients and seeks to understand and appreciate their uniqueness in order to help them pursue their specific goals and to help ease their concerns around wealth. Dega and her team of seasoned specialists provide clients with access to the broad array of capabilities of Bank of America Private Bank in support of an integrated wealth management plan tailored to their needs. Dega draws on her vast experience to serve clients with investment Management , concentrated asset management, asset allocation and preservation, alternative Investments, Impact Investing, Wealth Management, trust and estate planning, philanthropy, Credit, Art Services, Banking as well as comprehensive cash flow management.

Dega is a strong believer in the financial education and empowerment of clients' children and of generations that follow. She actively volunteers and mentors women and primary school children about financial awareness within their communities.

Dega received her Bachelor’s Degree with Honors from York University in Toronto, Canada, where she majored in Applied Mathematics and Physics.  She also attended the Wharton School for Executive Education.
