He earned his B.S. in marketing and business management from Cornell University and his M.B.A. from Adelphi University.

Don is a member of the boards of the Founders Lodge and Long Trail House Homeowners Association in Stratton, Vermont. He also serves as Chair of a Long Island committee of the Cornell Alumni Ambassador Admissions Network.

Don and his wife live in Garden City, New York, and have two sons. He and his family enjoy golf and skiing.
