Dyana is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Dallas, Texas. She has deep and varied experience that spans the worlds of non-profit organizations, Silicon Valley startups and wealth management.

Dyana serves an accomplished clientele of entrepreneurs and owners of family businesses who are philanthropically inclined, as well as non-profits. Dyana leads a team of trusted specialists that designs integrated initiatives in investment management, wealth strategy, trust and estate planning services, banking and lending, and philanthropy. As part of her thoughtful and deliberate approach, she puts herself in each client’s position to help identify strategies meant to deliver practical assistance and add long-term value.

Before joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust), Dyana spent four years fundraising for the University of Minnesota and the American Red Cross. She also worked for Boston Private Bank as vice president of investment management and trust and at AXA Advisors as divisional vice president responsible for the non-profit and public school market in the Bay Area. Dyana also worked for early stage tech start-ups including Food.com & iVillage.

Dyana holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is a member of the Tiffany Circle, a national group of women that financially supports the American Red Cross. Dyana lives with her husband and two dogs in Dallas.
