Ed Gumucio is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Manager at Bank of America Private Bank in Nashville, Tennessee. He is the main point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families. He is committed to developing appropriate solutions for both day-to-day and long-term banking, credit and wealth management needs.
When a client or family member has any financial need whatsoever, Ed encourages them to make him their first call. He is committed to being thorough and responsive to all client requests. If Ed cannot personally address a particular request, he is committed to bringing into the conversation the best subject matter experts at the Private Bank and Bank of America to help ensure client needs are met. Working with the Bank’s leading specialists and analysts, portfolio managers, wealth strategists and trust professionals, Ed can offer help in areas such as estate planning, business succession strategies, customized trusts and tax-minimization strategies.
Ed has been with Bank of America since 2014 and held the position of Tennessee Community Market Leader prior to joining the Private Bank in 2021. He has been a small business owner, operating “Hablemos,” a training and consulting company focused on helping organizations to better serve and connect with the growing Hispanic population in the United States. Ed is a graduate of Texas A & M University, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
A committed community leader, Ed has served on various boards including HCA’s TriStar StoneCrest and Southern Hills Medical Centers, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce, the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the College of Social Work at the University of Tennessee. He is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Nashville. Originally from Bolivia, Ed and his wife reside in Smyrna, Tennessee and have four adult children.
