Elaine Moran is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank in Rochester, New York.  Her focus is on the administration of clients’ trusts and carrying out provisions contained in trust documents.  Elaine is the main point of contact for clients and their beneficiaries when it comes to matters of trust administration and will engage other Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist, as appropriate.  At Bank of America Private Bank, we recognize each trust and each beneficiary is unique, and we provide highly personalized service to help carry out your estate plans.


Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2006, Elaine worked as Vice President, with Marine Midland Bank, later merging with HSBC Bank for 20 years.   The last ten of which were spent as an Assistant Vice President/Trust Relationship Officer.  Prior to that she served as an Assistant Vice President of Operations, overseeing 25 branch locations.


Elaine studied Business Law at Monroe Community College.  Elaine completed her certification through the American Bankers Association for Trust and Estate Administration, attending the American Bankers Association National and Graduate Trust and Estate Schools, held at Northwestern University Chicago, IL.  Elaine also attended and completed certification at the New York State Bankers Association Trust, Estate and Tax School in Binghamton, NY.


Elaine is a member of the Staff Development Activity Committee for the Hilton Central School District.  She is a former member of the YWCA Women's Gala Committee.  She is a member of the Bank of America Leadership Council, the Rochester Chapter of the Women’s Exchange, the Estate Planning Council of Rochester and the American Bankers Association.  She volunteers for the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children.
