Eric Huntley is a Vice President and Private Client Manager for Bank of America Private Bank in Kansas City, Missouri. As a veteran of the financial services industry, Eric works closely with Private Client Advisors and specialists, such as Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and Wealth Strategists to provide advice, guidance and nuanced perspectives to high-net-worth individuals, firms, and families. He and his team offer extensive strategic experience in strategies for tax minimization, retirement, multi-generation asset transfer, investments, estate risk-based planning, banking and lending.
Eric spends time getting to know each client, asking meaningful questions and working to help them identify and address their needs and wants. Ultimately, he strives to offer an exceptionally high level of service intended to help clients manage wealth to meet their investment goals and income needs. He prides himself and on his teams ability to take the time necessary to help educate clients on complex financial issues.
He has served in a variety of roles, including investment management, relationship management, financial advisory, financial planning, and banking. He began his career in 2001 with Northern Trust, assuming numerous positions in the process. His 10 years with the firm led to a one year stint as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley, followed by two more years as a Financial Solutions Advisor with Merrill Edge. In 2014, he joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) as a Portfolio Manager providing investment management services to high net worth clients. In 2019 he took on the role of Private Client Manager acting as a Private Banker and operationally within the team to help clients with banking and various other needs.
Eric attended Missouri State University where he earned a B.A. in business.
He has been married for 14 years to his wife, Erin, and resides in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with their 15- and 11-year-old daughters. In his limited out-of-office time, Eric enjoys spending time with his girls, boating, and enjoying the outdoors.
