Frances Beiro

Senior Vice President, Private Client Advisor

Professional Profile

Frances Beiro is a Senior Vice President, a Private Client Advisor, and an Institutional Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Melville, New York. Frances develops deep and enduring relationships with an accomplished clientele, helping them deploy their wealth with greater forethought and care. She offers a genuine commitment as a fiduciary, entrusted to look out for a client’s best interests.

Keenly attuned to the preservation of multigenerational wealth, Frances is adept in helping families build lasting legacies, from matriarchs and patriarchs through their children and grandchildren. She connects families to a robust platform including investments, wealth strategy, trust and estate planning services, and banking, to support families in capitalizing on time-sensitive opportunities. A reliable presence in clients’ lives, Frances understands the importance of the changing dynamics of wealthy families, which allows her to implement customized strategies unique to each family she serves.

As an Institutional Client Advisor, Frances also consults to nonprofit organizations, including foundations, endowments, and public charities, helping them pursue financial stability, mission fulfillment, and long-term growth. She works closely with board members and organizational leaders to help them align their Investment Policy Statements with their asset allocation, spending policy, and governance structure, incorporating the insights of her colleagues within the Philanthropic Solutions Group at Bank of America.

Frances has been with Bank of America and its predecessor firm, U.S. Trust, for her entire career. She joined the firm in 2002, providing her with the continuity and network of relationships to pinpoint the resources that clients require. Frances earned her Bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz and her M.B.A. from Hofstra University. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.

Eager to give back, Frances volunteers with Circulo de la Hispanidad in Hempstead, Long Island. She is also a founding member of the New York City FC professional soccer team and a member of the Museum of Moving Image. Within the firm, Frances is active in the Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Advancement (HOLA), the Women’s Exchange, Parents and Caregivers Network, and LEAD for Women.

Frances resides with her family and much-loved dog on Long Island. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time at the beach, and visiting family in Spain—her home away from home.
