Frances McCutcheon is a Vice President and Trust Officer at Bank of America Private in Tampa Bay, Florida. Her focus is on administration of clients’ trusts and carrying out provisions contained in trust documents.  Frances recognizes that each trust and each beneficiary is unique, and provides highly personalized service to help carry out the estate plans.  She is the main point of contact for clients and their beneficiaries when it comes to matters of trust administration and will engage other Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist, as appropriate.

Frances has over 25 years’ experience and started her career at Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2012. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust), Frances worked in trust administration roles in Wealth Management for Wells Fargo/Wachovia/First Union and with Financial Strategies Group handling portfolio management and compliance. 

Frances is a graduate of Florida Graduate Trust & Management Wealth School.  She completed an 18-month training and development program with Bank of America Private Bank and was promoted to Trust Officer.

She is also an active member of the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council.
