George Pedraza is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank in 2023, George was a Financial Advisor at CAPTRUST in San Antonio. Before CAPTRUST George was a Wealth Advisor at the Wells Fargo Private Bank in San Antonio.
A native San Antonian, George has spent the majority of his career in banking and finance beginning in New York City. He was an Assistant City Manager with the City of San Antonio from 1999-2001. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a Master of City & Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs of Syracuse University. He is a graduate of Leadership San Antonio and has many years of nonprofit board involvement with a variety of organizations including MissionSquare Retirement (formerly the ICMA Retirement Corporation), TECABOCA Camp and Retreat Center, Central Catholic High School, Keystone School, The Texas Public Charter School Association, and Essence Preparatory Public School. He is a founder of the Brooks Academies of Texas Charter Schools. He and his wife have 4 adult children.
