Guy Asadorian is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Providence, Rhode Island. He leads a team of specialists who work in concert to design and implement tailored financial strategies in liquidity-event strategies, investment management, trust and estate planning services, credit and lending, and philanthropy.
Drawing on two decades of mergers and acquisitions experience, Guy caters to the needs of wealthy individuals and multi-generational families, with a focus on business owners. Positioned at the nexus of these events, he can help business owners with the planning and execution of their exit strategy, including assessing the readiness of their companies for sale, connecting them with investment bankers who have knowledge of their specific industries, and helping with their post-transaction wealth management needs.
Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2019, Guy served as Wealth Director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. Previously, he was a principal and co-founder of Tameracq Partners, a middle market mergers and acquisitions firm in Providence, Rhode Island. He began his career in 1986 as a financial advisor with Smith Barney.
Guy is currently a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Association of M&A Advisors, Exit Planning Exchange, and Cherrystone Angel Investment Group. He is co-chairman of the East Greenwich Athletic Hall of Fame Committee and is a Board Member of RI Bio. Guy has published articles, recorded podcasts and been a featured speaker about mergers and acquisitions and business owner exit planning. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western New England University, where he played varsity baseball.
An avid golfer, Guy and his wife, Ann, have two grown daughters and live in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
