Ingrid Hsia is a Wealth Strategies Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Palo Alto, California. Ingrid works with wealth creators to raise awareness of various approaches for transitioning their wealth. She also assists clients with possible wealth strategies in anticipation of significant liquidity and lifecycle events.

Ingrid can offer her knowledge and research capabilities to help guide clients facing a variety of taxable events. She can help clarify the impact of the tax code on different client scenarios and explain in plain English what clients may be hearing from their tax or legal professionals.  

Ingrid joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2011. She spent the earlier part of her career as an estate planning attorney for several law firms in the Bay Area. Ingrid is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey from which she earned a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. from the university’s School of Law, also serving as the Associate Editor of Rutgers Law Record. She is a member of both the California and American Bar Associations.*

Ingrid resides in Cupertino with her husband and two cats. She enjoys tending to her garden, reading and travelling to destinations around the world.
