Jason McClanahan is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Dallas, Texas. Jason brings his clients decades of extensive knowledge in the areas of investment management, custom credit and banking.
Mindful of the dynamics and intentions of each client, Jason serves a referred group of successful business owners, real estate investors, inheritors of wealth, generations of families and family offices across the U.S. To help clients identify and prioritize their goals, he leads clients through a disciplined wealth management planning process that is continuous, rather than a one-time event.
In addition to helping clients navigate changing market conditions, Jason and his team of selected specialists craft tailored investment, wealth transfer and liquidity strategies, and provide custom credit and capital markets execution. Jason also works to keep clients apprised of evolving opportunities, which frequently include those for commercial investment real estate financing and lending.
Jason is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
He began his private banking career with legacy Wachovia in Dallas, which later became Wells Fargo Bank. For ten years, Jason helped clients with custom credit needs that often involved the purchase or refinance of commercial investment real estate. He then spent two years as a wealth advisor before transitioning to Bank of America Private Bank in 2019.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University. Active in his community, Jason has served on the Board of the Rockwall Community Playhouse and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity.
