Jayna Guigar is an Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer with Bank of America Private Bank in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jayna is responsible for providing trust, estate and wealth transfer planning advice to high-net-worth clients and their families. She partners with members of the broader client team and specialists within the Private Bank to meet the specific needs of her clients, including overseeing the professional administration of their trust and investment accounts. In addition, Jayna plays a vital role in building relationships with clients and all generations of their families.

Jayna recognizes that each trust and each beneficiary is unique and provides highly personalized service to help carry out estate plans. She is the main point of contact for clients and their beneficiaries when it comes to matters of trust administration and will engage other Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist, as appropriate. Prior to her role as Trust Officer with Bank of America Private Bank, Jayna served as Private Bank Senior Associate with Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) for six years assisting high-net-worth clients and families with banking and credit services and solutions. Jayna earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Minnesota.

Born and raised in southeast Michigan, Jayna moved to the Twin Cities with her husband, Vince, in 2015 to pursue her finance career. In her free time, Jayna enjoys crocheting and traveling to new places across the country.
