Jennifer Sherwood is a Senior Vice President and Institutional Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jennifer works closely with individuals, families, nonprofit organizations, and endowments to provide customized guidance to help advance their personal and professional missons. A veteran advisor, she is skilled in anticipating the opportunities and challenges that lie at the intersection of a client’s personal and professional finances. With more than two decades of private banking experience, she brings a seasoned perspective to both sides of a client’s balance sheet, noting possible efficiencies and supporting clients in their efforts to optimize their financial future.
Jennifer has particular depth advising business owners, entrepreneurs, senior executives, and their family members. She works in concert with a team of specialists to design and implement integrated initiatives in investing, trust and estate planning, lending, wealth structuring, and business succession, among others. Empathetic and discreet, she serves as a trusted confidante to people in the midst of significant transitions, such as the death of a loved one or divorce, helping them become more capable and informed stewards of their wealth.
Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust), Jennifer was an Executive Director and Banker with J.P. Morgan, serving in its Private Bank for more than seven years. Previously, she held client-advisory roles with other major banking institutions. She began her financial services career in 1991 after earning her B.S. from Northern Kentucky University. Jennifer is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor designee and also earned the Chartered SRI Counselor™ designation in the field of sustainable, responsible, and impact investing.*
Jennifer serves on the Board of Trustees for Talbert House and is a member of its Fatherhood Committee.
Jennifer lives in Madeira, Ohio, with her husband and two daughters.
