Jennifer C. Erdelyi is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Strategies Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Princeton, New Jersey. Together with team members from the Private Bank, she designs and implements strategies to help clients pursue specific wealth management goals that may include financial, estate and intergenerational wealth planning; wealth transfer; and philanthropy. She works closely with clients ranging from business owners and non-profit organizations to families with inherited wealth and has a particular interest in issues surrounding women and wealth.

Jennifer also serves as Head of Charitable Planning in the Planning Center of Excellence, where she develops thought leadership and brings philanthropic planning solutions to clients. She has earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation from the American College of Financial Services, demonstrating deep knowledge in philanthropic and legacy planning, tax strategies, and financial planning related to charitable giving.  She enjoys working with clients to help align their charitable and broader financial goals in a thoughtful and impactful way.

Jennifer joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2017 as an Associate Wealth Strategies Advisor in Southeast Florida. Prior to that, she was a practicing attorney in Fort Lauderdale focused on estate planning and administration, corporate transactional, and regulatory law.

Jennifer earned a B.A. degree from Rutgers University. She received a full scholarship to Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she earned a J.D. degree and later served as an adjunct professor. Jennifer also holds an LL.M. degree in estate planning from the University of Miami. She is a member of the American Bar Association and its Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Section; and the Florida Bar and its Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section.

Jennifer returned to her home state of New Jersey in 2020 to assume broader responsibilities as a Wealth Strategies Advisor. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the University Hospital Foundation in Newark, New Jersey, supporting the state’s safety net hospital and the teaching facility for Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences.  She and her family now reside across the Delaware River in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
