Jennifer Rosenbaum is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Boston, Massachusetts. 

For the past two decades, Jennifer has served clients whose wealth, achievements and life challenges are all significant. In addition to generations of families, she works closely with successful business owners and entrepreneurs, active and retired corporate executives, and divorced women and men.

Jennifer believes that clients deserve a trusted advisor who accounts for goals they identify and aspects of their financial picture that demand a second look. Jennifer is devoted to helping clients discuss family dynamics – working to educate and empower when they may feel overwhelmed by difficult transitions (divorce, a business sale, retirement, etc.).

In striving for frequent conversations with clients that revolve around interests – not just finances – Jennifer seeks to explore what inspires and concerns clients. With this foundation of understanding, Jennifer sets the stage for her team to craft strategies that aim to bring meaningful results in areas that include wealth structuring, cash flow planning for liquidity events, trust and estate planning, customized credit and banking, strategic philanthropy, and investment management.

Before joining Bank of America, Jennifer spent 18 years at BNY Mellon as a senior wealth manager, where she also led the family law practice group in New England. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Boston University. She is a board director and chairs the Resource Development Committee for JVS Boston and sits on the Family Education Committee at Beth El Temple Center. Jennifer is also a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and the Women's Initiative Committee of the Council. In addition, Jennifer enjoys volunteering in the community with her son.
