Jennifer Stultz is Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank in Wichita, Kansas.  Her focus is on the administration of client’s trusts and carrying out provisions contained in trust documents.  Jennifer recognizes that each trust and each beneficiary is unique, and provides highly personalized service to help carry out the estate plans.  She is the main point of contact for clients and their beneficiaries when it comes to matters of trust administration and will engage other Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist, as appropriate. 

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank in 2022, Jennifer practiced law in Wichita for 24 years in estates, trusts and probate assisting clients with wealth transfer decisions, tax-advantaged strategies, and business succession planning.  Jennifer is admitted to practice law in Kansas and graduated from Washburn University School of Law of 1995.  She has a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University.  Jennifer also previously served as senior trust officer and Kansas market executive for a regional bank/trust company from 2003 to 2008, managing the team for Kansas and serving high net worth clients. 

Jennifer is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, serving on the estate planning/probate and ethics committees.  She served several years on the Kansas Judicial Council for Probate legislation and was recently recognized as one of the Best Lawyers of 2019.  She has been a member of the Wichita Estate Planning Forum and the Wichita Estate Planning Council.  She has served on community boards for Kansas Humane Society, Girl Scouts of the Golden Plains, Junior Legaue of Wichita and the Western Division of March of Dimes and currently serves on the production team for Newspring Church.
