Jenny McNicholas is a Portfolio Manager with Bank of America Private Bank in Chicago, Illinois. Jenny provides tailored advice and guidance to high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them align their investment portfolios with their overall wealth-management objectives. She combines technical knowledge and insight with an ingrained ability to connect with people and their priorities, supporting clients in their efforts to advance their goals through customized investment management.

A skilled communicator, Jenny also keeps clients apprised of the firm’s investment research and market outlook. Her areas of focus include traditional and alternative investments, such as private equity and private real estate, as well as tax-sensitive investing and ESG and Impact investing.

Jenny joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2018. Previously, she served as a Transfer Pricing Consultant with Ernst and Young in Dublin and Chicago. She began her career in fixed income and equity trade support with MFS Investment Management in Boston. Jenny earned her B.S. in International Business Magna Cum Laude from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.

Jenny serves as Co-Chair of the Social Advisory Group of the CFA® Society Chicago. She is also an Associate Board Member of Spark Inc., a youth mentorship program.

Jenny lives in Chicago. A travel enthusiast, she has studied or worked in Italy, Ireland, France, and the U.K., and enjoys trading ideas about great places to visit and dine.
