Kaitlyn Barba is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America Private Bank, in Boston, Massachusetts.  Kaitlyn works closely with clients to help them deploy their wealth more effectively, pursuing their goals through strategies and tactics that are thoroughly researched and carefully implemented.  She orchestrates a holistic approach that integrates the in-depth knowledge of in-house specialists in investment management, trust and estate planning services, wealth structuring, credit and lending, and philanthropy.

Deeply immersed in each client's unique circumstances, Kaitlyn assists clients in distilling their objectives, designing tailored initiatives to capitalize on opportunities and navigate the challenges that significant wealth can entail. Diligent and proactive, she stays apprised of each client’s evolving priorities, advancing collaboration across the wider Private Bank team. Kaitlyn has particular depth in lending and liquidity and works closely with entrepreneurs and business owners to clarify the intersection of their personal and professional wealth.

Kaitlyn has worked in financial services since 2010. She began her career at Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston.   In 2013, Kaitlyn moved to Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S Trust), where she has steadily advanced and taken on additional responsibilities within the firm.  She earned her M.B.A. from Northeastern University and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Tampa.
