Karen Dulaney is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. Karen provides sustained leadership, guidance, and advice to an accomplished clientele, helping them deploy their wealth more thoughtfully and strategically. She offers a perceptive understanding of the priorities of wealthy individuals and families, advancing their objectives through deft coordination and reliable outreach.
Clients look to Karen for a sophisticated caliber of strategy and advice—one that appreciates the nuances of their situations. An attentive listener, Karen believes strongly in the value of open dialogue, discerning each client’s interests and then helping clients prioritize those intentions. She leads a locally based team of specialists who work in concert to propel steady momentum toward client goals. Karen also spearheads clear communication with a client’s external tax and legal advisors, as appropriate. She grounds her work in integrity and an intense commitment to the well-being of each person or family.
Karen has more than three decades of experience in wealth management and banking for wealthy clients. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, she spent more than four years with Truist Wealth in Cleveland, where she was a Senior Wealth Advisor. Earlier in her career, she worked for 26 years with Key Bank, most recently as a Family Wealth Relationship Manager within the Private Bank. Her professional experience also includes five years as a Banker with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Cleveland. She earned her B.B.A. in Business Administration from Kent State University.
Committed to her community, Karen is a member of the Summa Foundation's Circle of Women's Health Philanthropists, the Charles Deering Legacy Advisory Leadership Council for Summa Health, and has been an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
Karen resides in Medina with her two adult children, a daughter and a son. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and being outdoors with her much-loved Vizsla, Rylee. Her hobbies include gardening, wine tasting, and working out.
