Kathleen is a Managing Director and Market Executive for Bank of America Private Bank responsible for the Upper New England market, including Greater Boston, New Hampshire and Maine. In this role, she is responsible for delivering investment, credit and banking services, wealth structuring, trust and estate planning, and philanthropic services to Bank of America’s ultra-high net worth clients.

As a Market Executive, Kathleen leads a team focused on delivering a client experience aligned to each clients’ goals, complex circumstances and sophisticated needs. She also helps foster collaboration between and ultimately deliver Bank of America’s expansive capabilities in Wealth Management, Consumer, Corporate, and Commercial Banking to clients.

Kathleen’s nearly three-decade career with Bank of America and its predecessor banks has included a wide range of roles. Previously, she served as market manager of the Boston Metro West Business Banking, where she led a team dedicated to working with local business owners with their corporate and personal financial needs, including transitioning their ownership and wealth through public and private markets. Prior to that, Kathleen was a Credit Banker for the healthcare and higher education sectors in New England, serving many of the region’s most prominent private universities and health care systems. Kathleen began her career at Bank of America as a Commercial Bank Relationship Manager in the bank’s New York City office. She also worked as an attorney at a New York-based law firm representing several banks in commercial transactions with clients.

Kathleen received her B.S. in finance from St. John’s University, and her J.D. from New York Law School. A strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, she is the Executive Sponsor of the Boston chapter of IGEN for Bank of America and an ally for many of the bank’s Employee Networks. She is active in many nonprofit and civic organizations, including serving on the board of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and involvement in the Campaign for Catholic Schools on the South Shore of Massachusetts. She lives in Duxbury, MA with her husband and two children.
