Kenneth Womack is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Austin, Texas. Ken works with a team of specialists who provide integrated investment management and creative lending and liquidity strategies for individuals, business owners, family offices, and institutions.
Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2018, Ken acquired a distressed industrial manufacturer in Chicago, restructuring and operating it before selling to a strategic acquirer. His earlier career focused on commercial and investment banking at institutions in New York, Chicago and Houston, where he structured senior and subordinated debt and other financial instruments to large and mid-cap companies. Ken has been on both sides of the table – as a banker and an owner/operator - and is adept in navigating the intersection of a client’s business and personal balance sheets. He earned his B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas and his M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business.
Ken has volunteered with several non-profit organizations including board positions with College Forward as member of the Executive and Finance committees, It's Time Texas, First Tee, and Westlake High School Lacrosse.
