Kinjal Desai is a Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank.  In her role, Kinjal supervises all administrative and discretionary aspects of numerous investment, retirement, and trust accounts.  Kinjal has 15 years’ experience in working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals while practicing law in the field of trusts and estates.  She joins Bank of America from a boutique trusts and estates law firm in Summit, New Jersey where she was Senior Counsel managing a high-volume practice. She had oversight of the administration of irrevocable trusts where the firm served in a fiduciary capacity.  She was previously affiliated with other top firms in the northern New Jersey area and began her career in New York City.

Kinjal earned her LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, J.D. from Pace University School of Law graduating from the honors program cum laude, and BA from the University of Michigan with a dual major in economics and political science.  She held several speaking engagements on Estate Planning at the NJ State Bar Association.  Additionally, she is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey.
