Kristen Hill is a Managing Director and a Market Executive for Metro New York with Bank of America Private Bank. Drawing on more than two decades of experience at the firm, Kristen is responsible for fostering a culture of responsible growth, leading a team of more than 300 professionals in their efforts to deliver a preeminent wealth-management experience to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions. A strategic thinker, Kristen is skilled in enhancing connectivity across the enterprise, resulting in more effective collaboration in scaling client priorities. She is also adept in delineating a clear pathway to advance key initiatives, providing her team with the support and direction to address client needs with the highest caliber of quality and customization.

As Market Executive, Kristen is responsible for attracting, mentoring and retaining a talented team of advisors, specialists, and associates, fostering an environment where they can thrive. She oversees multiple functional areas, including client advisory, trusts, investments, administration, operations, and business-support. Deeply versed in relationship management, Kristen facilitates a client-centric culture that strives to live the Private Bank’s values of integrity, transparency and philanthropy. She spearheads refinements to routines, processes and systems, smoothing the pathway for expedited decision-making for client objectives.

Prior to her current role, Kristen served as a Market Leader and member of the Metro New York market leadership team. Earlier in her career, she was a Managing Director on the Advisory Sales Desk in Equities, responsible for some of the bank’s most significant institutional relationships. Her tenure also includes leading the top-ranked US Emerging Markets team within Global Banking and Markets. Kristen joined the firm in 2002 after earning her B.A. in Economics from Duke University. She holds the CFA® designation.

Kristen is an Executive Sponsor within the Private Bank’s Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN); she has chaired the global markets and investment bank’s Women’s Leadership Council (WLC) and is an active member of LEAD for Women, a network that promotes Leadership, Education, Advocacy & Development. She also serves as Executive Sponsor for the National Advisory Council for Analysts and is very involved in the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. She was selected as Executive Mentor for "Bloomberg's 30% Club" - The US 30% Club Mission Gender Equity mentoring program.  A former board member of the New York Chapter of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, she remains very involved in the organization and was a co-founder of its Moms in Training program. She is on the board of the Greater New York Metro Chapter of JDRF and an active volunteer with Beyond Type1.  She chairs various initiatives as part of the PTA at PS 84 Williamsburg Brooklyn Dual Language Public School and volunteers for the PTA at UNIS (United Nations International School).

Kristen resides in New York and is the proud mom of two children.
