Laura L. Haley is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank, in Fort Worth, Texas. Her focus is on the administration of clients’ trusts and carrying out provisions contained in trust documents. Laura recognizes that each trust and each beneficiary is unique and provides highly personalized service to help carry out the estate plans. She is the main point of contact for clients and their beneficiaries when it comes to matters of trust administration and works closely with a team of Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist with meeting all of your financial needs.

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, Laura was a Partner with The Blum Firm, P.C., a nationally recognized firm known for estate and tax planning for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. Laura’s extensive practice in the areas of multi-generational, tax, charitable, and business planning, along with the ad-ministration of decedent’s estates, make her uniquely qualified to help the Bank of America Private Bank clients and beneficiaries.

Laura graduated from Southern Methodist School of Law (now Dedman School of Law) in 2001 with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. She was admitted to practice in the State of Texas in 2001, and became Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2007. Laura also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Boston College, graduating cum laude. She is also a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the National Jesuit Honor Society, having been recognized for her scholarship, loyalty and service while at Boston College.

Over the years, Laura has volunteered time and/or financial assistance with various charitable endeavors, including but not limited to Mission Arlington, AS-PCA, and Tarrant Area Food Bank. She has also, through her prior legal practice, worked closely with the Community Foundation of North Texas.

Laura was born in Fort Worth, raised in Massachusetts, but residing in Texas for the last 25 years. She currently lives west of Fort Worth with her husband, daughter, and four sweet pups. She is also a stepmother to two wonderful children, who have given her and her husband five sweet grandchildren.
