Lydia Nikolic, CSRIC® is a Managing Director and Market Leader for Brooklyn and Queens, with Bank of America Private Bank in New York, New York. Lydia leads a large team of Private Client Advisors and Managers in discerning the needs of an accomplished clientele and connecting them to tailored capabilities, enterprise-wide. An accomplished leader, Lydia is adept in identifying and mentoring premier advisory talent, supporting her team in their efforts to foster a preeminent client experience, and streamlining processes for more satisfying client outcomes. She cultivates an environment of responsible growth, founded on a desire to anticipate the needs of high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions and her team delivers a suite of offerings notable for their impact and immediacy.

Lydia began her financial services career in 1993 and joined Bank of America in 2008. Prior to her current role, she served as the Market Executive for NYC Outer Boroughs, where she led significant growth for the Commercial Bank in Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. Previously, she served as the Market Manager for Business Banking on Long Island, where she spearheaded robust client engagement and revenue growth. Earlier in her career, Lydia worked in mid-corporate, international, and public finance divisions of JP Morgan Chase in New York and Credit Swiss First Boston in San Francisco.

Lydia holds a master’s degree in organizational development and leadership and a certification in sustainability leadership, both from Fielding Graduate University. She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, a three-year, master’s level program for senior banking officers.

A strong proponent of giving back, Lydia participates in the Cheri Blair Foundation Mentoring Program as a mentor to a businesswoman in Nigeria. She has also been active in Bank of America’s Global Ambassadors Program (Vital Voices) as a mentor to a woman entrepreneur in Europe. She is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island City Partnership in Queens.

In addition to her native Serbo-Croatian, Lydia speaks French and Russian. She is an avid reader, skier, and golfer.
