Michael Williams is a Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America Private Bank. He has nearly 10-years of experience in the financial services industry. As a Private Client Manager, Michael is the primary point of contact for existing clients. He is responsible for maintaining and deepening existing and newly developed client relationships while helping to ensure a professional and customized client experience. Michael assists his clients with investment management, strategic banking and credit, as well as daily liquidity and service needs. His main objectives are to listen to clients, help identify their needs, provide guidance and coordinate with the appropriate business partners of the Private Bank, as well as the broader enterprise to support each client’s overall wealth strategy.

Michael joined Bank of America in 2014 as a Global Wealth and Investment Management Senior Credit Underwriter in Boston, and assisted high and ultra-high net worth individuals with customized lending solutions. Michael structured, originated, underwrote and modified Custom Credit transactions for various products including Subscription Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Fine Art, Hedge Funds, Marine (Yachts), Private Equity Interests, and Unsecured.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Michael was a Dealer Commercial Banking Officer at Bank of Hawai’i in Honolulu.  He also held several positions in the Consumer and Commercial Banking divisions for over four years.

Michael graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science focused in Finance and Management from the State University of New York at Albany. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA registrations. 

He serves as a board member for Lifegains providing educational resources, services and training to individuals in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and beyond. Michael also volunteers his time with Perkins School for the Blind and the New England Consortium on Deafblindness.
