Marcia Jory is a Managing Director and Senior Trust Officer with Bank of America Private Bank in Portland, Oregon. Marcia has been with Bank of America over 25 years and has more than 35 years of legal, personal trust administration, and management experience. Prior to joining Bank of America she worked at Wells Fargo and she has also been engaged in a private law practice in Oregon.

Marcia works with individuals, families and advisors to help ensure that trust, estate, retirement and financial planning needs are addressed and issues are resolved. She serves as a resource for complex trust and fiduciary issues for trust officers throughout the West Division.

Marcia received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound, her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon Law School and graduated with honors from the American Bankers' Association National Graduate Trust School.

Marcia holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation which is sponsored by the American Bankers Association's Institute of Certified Bankers.  She is a past member of the Advisory Board for the CTFA Program and is a past member of The Library Foundation (Multnomah County) Board of Trustees. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar and is a member of the Portland Estate Planning Council (EPC). Marcia currently serves on the Advisory Board for the American Bankers Association Wealth & Trust Schools.
