Mark J. DeLuca is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank, in Chicago, Illinois. Mark helps clients achieve their individual goals in estate planning, risk management, wealth transfer, inter-generational planning, and philanthropy.  Mark administers client trusts and is the main point of contact for clients and their beneficiaries when it comes to matters of trust administration.  Mark recognizes that each trust and each beneficiary is unique, and he provides highly personalized service to help carry out client estate plans.

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank in 2023, Mark was a shareholder at Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith P.C. in Lansing, Michigan, where he represented and counseled clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, and business and tax planning.

Mark is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and the United States Tax Court. Mark earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He also holds a B.A. in accounting and an M.S. in accounting from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Mark is also a registered Certified Public Accountant in Michigan and previously worked for KPMG LLP.

Mark serves on the board of directors for Highfields, Inc. and the Estes-Palmer Foundation.
