Meg Bennett is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Boston, Massachusetts. She provides wealth management guidance to high-net-worth families and individuals nationwide, including many widowed and divorced women who want to make a difference with their wealth and create lasting legacies. 

Meg works in concert with a team of specialists to design customized strategies aimed at helping clients pursue their financial goals for the people and causes they cherish. She marshals the skills of the team to deliver strategies for investment management, cash management and philanthropy, as well as trust and estate planning services. Meg also has deep experience designing complex credit and lending solutions, including residential, aviation and marine financing.   

As an Institutional Client Advisor, Meg leverages the deep resources and capabilities of the Private Bank and leads a team in designing investment management strategies that can help non-profit organizations address their goals.  She draws on her detailed knowledge of the complex non-profit environment, to deliver an array of services to organizations and their boards.

Prior to joining the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2012, Meg was a director in the family office group at Deutsche Bank. Before that, she provided financial guidance to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, endowments and foundations as a first vice president in the private wealth management group at Mellon Bank. She began her career at BayBank Boston, serving the banking and lending needs of middle-market companies as well as non-profit organizations. 

Meg earned a B.S. degree at Lafayette College and an MBA degree at Babson College. In the community, she serves on the Liff Fund’s “Party in the Park” committee to raise funds for the Emerald Necklace Conservancy. She is a director of the John A. Scileppi Foundation and a member of the Boston Club. A firm believer in the power of collective philanthropy, Meg is a founding member and former trustee of Womenade Boston, a giving circle focused on the needs of women and girls.
