Meg Winter is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America Private Bank in San Francisco, California. Serving as the team’s primary relationship manager, she draws on more than thirty years of financial services experience to help connect high-net-worth clients to the global resources and capabilities at Bank of America that align with their distinctive needs.

Recognizing that every family is unique in its priorities, Meg provides access to a broad array of strategic banking and custom credit services, as well as day-to-day liquidity management solutions designed to help clients grow and transition their wealth effectively. She can also offer professional oversight to help business owners with estate planning services before they prepare for the transfer or sale of their company and can assist with their post-sale wealth management needs. An integral part of her approach is to work closely with an experienced team of specialists across multiple disciplines, including wealth structuring, trust and estate planning services, and investment management.

Meg began her financial career with Bank of America in 1987 and joined the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2001. Over the past three decades, she has held several leadership roles within the bank, including time spent as a western region custom credit specialist, a managing director of corporate finance in middle market investment banking, and manager of corporate finance analysis and high-technology groups.

Meg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Gannon University in Pennsylvania. She is the former community director for the preservation society of the Sausalito Woman’s Club.
