Mike Allen serves as a Senior Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America Private Bank, with over 30 years in financial services. He is responsible for coordinating a team of specialists to help meet the comprehensive financial needs of high net worth clients, including wealth strategy, investment management and banking.

Mike began his banking career in 1991 in American National Bank’s commercial credit training program. As part of the commercial banking group he developed credit and non-credit solutions for middle market companies, before joining their wealth management group in 1992. In 1995, Mike joined LaSalle Bank’s wealth management group as a senior relationship manager and a division manager. Prior to 1991, Mike was a Senior Accountant in tax and audit with Ernst & Young.

Mike holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A., with distinction, from DePaul University. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant license.  Mike does not provide tax advice in his role with Bank of America Private Bank.
