Michelle T. Hagan is a Vice President and Private Client Manager in the the West Hartford, Connecticut office of Bank of America Private Bank. As a Private Client Manager, Michelle works closely with her clients to understand their needs and provide customized credit and banking solutions that integrate smoothly into their overall wealth strategy. Michelle is responsible for the successful management of high-net-worth client relationships and the delivery of a positive client experience.
Michelle is a banking professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2017, she was a Relationship Manager at Key Private Bank in Hartford, Connecticut. Michelle began her banking career at Fleet Bank, N.A. in the Connecticut retail market, and subsequently joined The Simsbury Bank & Trust Co. where she held various positions, including Branch Manager, Business Development Officer, and Commercial Lender. She continued her focus on the commercial sector when she joined The First National Bank of Litchfield as Sales Manager of Corporate Cash Management and Treasury Services. In 2011, Michelle was recruited by Key’s predecessor, First Niagara Private Client Services, to join their team as a Private Banker responsible for providing customized credit and banking solutions to her clients as part of their overall wealth strategy.
Michelle attended Bryant College, where she concentrated her studies in business marketing, and furthered her education with a focus in finance as a graduate of the Connecticut Banker’s Association Connecticut School of Finance & Management. She has been actively involved in the Rotary Club of Avon-Canton since 1999, where she has served as President, Chairman of the Annual Charity Golf Tournament, member of the Board of Directors, and was honored as a Paul Harris Fellow. Michelle is also active with The Aurora Foundation for Women and Girls as a member of their Luminary Luncheon committee.
Michelle lives with her family in Simsbury, Connecticut, where she has been a resident for over 30 years.
