Michelle Gayman is a Senior Trust Officer with Bank of America Private Bank in Providence, Rhode Island. Michelle is responsible for administering trust and investment management accounts for individuals, families and business entities. As a primary member of the relationship team, Michelle develops and maintains close relationships with clients, families and financial advisors. Her main focus is assisting clients fulfill goals in a wide range of wealth management, personal financial planning and estate planning matters.
Prior to joining the Private Bank in 2006 (formerly U.S. Trust), Michelle was employed by WilmerHale LLP (formerly Hale and Dorr LLP) in Boston, Massachusetts working in the Private Client Department as a Senior Trust Officer. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Michelle worked as a Trust Officer for several years with Allfirst Trust Company of PA (now M & T Bank and Trust Company) out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Michelle, who holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation, earned a B.A. from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Trust and the National Graduate School of Trust and is a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers. She also served on the Finance and Investment Services Council for Pennsylvania Bankers Association and was a Board Member for the American Bankers Association for National and National Graduate Trust Schools.
Michelle is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island.
Michelle Gayman holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation which is sponsored by the ABA Institute of Certified Bankers.
