Morgan Kennedy is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Dallas, Texas. Morgan works closely with an array of high-net-worth individuals including entrepreneurs, professional athletes, family offices and foundations. She builds a strong relationship with each individual, catering the extensive capabilities of the Private Bank to their individual goals and needs.
Morgan is devoted to managing and streamlining the complexities that come with needs of high-net-worth clientele, including liquidity events and intergenerational wealth. Her wholistic objective is to create a framework where tax minimization strategies and estate planning services are aligned with investment management, wealth structuring, credit, and lending solutions. In addition, Morgan measures her success by her ability to help clients preserve and pass along wealth and values to their children and grandchildren.
Most important to Morgan is providing her clients with a seamless experience in the Private Bank. She leads a team of Private Bank specialists who work alongside clients’ CPAs and attorneys, when requested, to deliver the resources necessary to reach their investment, trust, estate planning, and philanthropic related goals.
Before arriving to Bank of America in 2002, Morgan worked at Wheat First Securities in its corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions divisions. Originally from Honolulu, Morgan holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance from Georgetown University, where she minored in Spanish.
Active in her community, Morgan is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Dallas, serves on the Board of Girls Incorporated of Metropolitan Dallas, and volunteers with Community Partners of Dallas and at her children’s schools. She and her husband, Scott, are proud parents of four children.
