Natalie Koletic is a Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America Private Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. An efficient and creative problem solver, she is dedicated to enhancing and managing relationships with clients while addressing their often sophisticated financial situations. Natalie offers a consultative approach that seeks to educate clients so they may capitalize on the broad range of opportunities that align with their unique needs and circumstances, which includes banking and lending.

As a member of the Bank’s executive coverage team, Natalie also focuses on the concierge delivery of banking strategies to help the executive team and their families pursue their financial goals. She assists with everything from day-to-day transactions to more complex money movement and foreign currency needs. The personalized banking solutions she offers are designed to meet virtually all of their credit, lending and savings needs.

Prior to joining the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2014, Natalie’s tenure with Bank of America included roles as corporate banker, cash management officer, relationship manager in the retail market, and credit analyst. She was also a commercial banking relationship manager for BB&T Bank (now Truist Bank) helping middle market clients optimize their capital structure.

Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree, with honors, from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan School of Business. She also completed the executive education program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business for banking cash management. Dedicated to enhancing the professional development of women, she is a member of Bank of America’s LEAD for Women chapter in Charlotte, and the Ally Program, which supports the LGBT+ community. Natalie also devotes her time to helping foster an inclusive community and work environment at the bank and is a member of its Charlotte chapters of the Black Professional Group and Disability Action Network.

Natalie and her husband reside in Charlotte, North Carolina with their three children. She is involved with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and enjoys volunteering in her community through her church and school system because she loves working with children and “getting paid in smiles.”
